One million characters, twelve dollars.
Prepaid, no subscription, no minimum. Pay, and a key with a million characters arrives by email in a minute or two - the email is sent from keys@modelworks.dev, so check spam if it does not appear.
What you get
| Characters | 1,000,000 - about 20 hours of speech |
| Price | $12.00, one payment, including sales tax where it applies - what you see at checkout is what you pay |
| Voices | All 54, across nine languages, listed on the voices page |
| Per request | Up to 2,000 characters; longer text is split and concatenated by you |
| Retention | Text and audio discarded when the request completes |
| Validity | The allowance does not expire |
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Paddle handles the payment and the tax.
The checkout did not load. If this keeps happening, email support@modelworks.dev and the block is sold to you directly.
What happens after you pay
A key arrives by email, sent from keys@modelworks.dev, and it is live immediately. The allowance is enforced by the gateway: when the million characters are used up the API answers 422 with budget_exceeded, and buying another block issues a fresh key the same way.
Invoices and tax come from Paddle, which is the merchant of record for the sale. Refunds are covered for 30 days - the refund policy says how.
The docs have the endpoint, the error codes and a working curl. Try a voice on the voices page before you buy; it is the same output you will get.
